How much time do I need to commit? +
We do the heavy lifting. You'll need approximately 2–3 hours per week — primarily for a weekly check-in call, reviewing and approving content before it goes out, and occasional input on your methodology and client stories. The system is designed to run with minimal time from you so you can stay focused on clinical work.
What results can I expect in 90 days? +
Results depend on your starting point, niche clarity, and market. We focus on measurable outcomes — qualified inquiries, booked consultations, and new clients. In our experience, practitioners with clear positioning and an existing small client base typically see 3–8 qualified inquiries per month by the end of the 90-day engagement. We track everything transparently.
I already have a social media presence. Will you redo everything? +
No. We audit what you have, keep what's working, and build on your existing foundation. The positioning work may refine your messaging, but we don't discard your history or following. We enhance and systematize.
Do you work with practitioners outside SF and Austin? +
Our initial cohort is focused on SF and Austin because we're building a community of practitioners with overlapping ideal client profiles — which creates distribution advantages for everyone. We will expand to other US cities as the system matures. If you're outside these cities but strongly aligned with our approach, apply and we'll have an honest conversation.
What happens after 90 days? +
At the end of 90 days, we do a full review — what worked, what didn't, what the data shows. We then propose a continuation engagement if it makes sense for both sides. There is no automatic renewal. We earn the continuation by delivering results in the first engagement.
I'm not very active on social media. Is that a problem? +
Not at all. Many of the practitioners we work with are brilliant clinicians who haven't had the time or expertise to build an online presence. We build it with you from wherever you are. What matters is that you have clinical proof points — client results, testimonials, outcomes — that we can translate into compelling content.
